However, if you love your session and want to add a little something, our team will humbly accept your generosity (though we ask for this in cash or venmo if so). ⬖ All bodywork prices are excluding local NYC sales tax which will be added at checkout. ⬖ Financial Hardship rates are available for those who qualify, please reach out to learn more. ⬖ We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, see the bottom of this page for the full policy. ⊿
A note on tiered pricing:
As part of Haven’s mission to bring more awareness and access to specialized bodywork and somatic therapies, we offer a mentoring program for practitioners who may have less experience in some of our specialties. For this reason, we use a tiered pricing structure to ensure transparency and allow clients to select a practitioner who is at the right experience level for their needs. Haven offers complimentary 15 min phone consultations to discuss any specific questions or concerns, and to ensure our services are the right fit for you. We strongly suggest a phone consultation prior to coming in for somatic therapies. Please reach out to schedule.
CranioSacral Therapy + SomatoEmotional Release
Tier 3 – Senior Therapist Pricing: Senior therapists at Haven are required to have a minimum of 10 years of experience under their particular licensure, and over 5 years of consistent experience working within their specialized discipline. In addition, senior therapists must have had a minimum of 3 years working within our practice. Senior therapists have achieved advanced certifications within their specialty and help to lead the other practitioners in our office with their knowledge and experience.

Tier 2 – Advanced Therapist Pricing: Advanced therapists at Haven are required to have a minimum of 7 years of experience under their particular license and a minimum of 2 years of consistent experience working within their specialized discipline within this office. In addition, advanced therapists will have been supervised and mentored by our founder/practice director as well as other leaders in our field during their time at Haven to increase their skills and knowledge. Advanced therapists are able to perform specific modalities such as SomatoEmotional Release, perinatal, TMJ/intra-oral work, et. al.

Tier 1 – Associate Therapist Pricing: Associate therapists at Haven have significant experience in the area of their primary licensure, yet are newer to CranioSacral Therapy. Associate Therapists are actively being supervised and mentored by our founder/practice director as well continuing their training in this modality to increase their skills and knowledge. Associate Therapists are able to offer basic CranioSacral Therapy protocols, and their sessions are informed by their experience in other areas. However, clients needing to treat specific conditions or seeking emotional/somatic processing would not be appropriate candidates for working with Associate CST Therapists.

Payment Options
Cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle and check are accepted. Most flexible spending and some HSA plans may be used towards our services, please inquire with your policy holder to ensure that bodywork services are eligible (usually listed as massage or manual therapy, CPT code 97140). Detailed invoices can be provided upon request.
In the state of NY, most health insurance policies do not currently cover massage or bodywork performed by a licensed massage therapist. However, if you are interested in checking your out of network benefits for this or have been prescribed our work by a physician, please contact us for the correct details so that you can be sure to get the accurate information from your health insurance provider. Most worker’s comp cases and auto insurance policies will reimburse massage when recovering from injuries sustained in these types of accidents. Please let us know in advance so that we can provide the necessary paperwork to submit for such cases.
We understand that committing to holistic health care can be out of financial reach for many people. We offer package options to provide savings when committing to a series of sessions, and financial hardship rates for those in need. Cancellation Policy
While we understand that life can be complicated, Haven maintains a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy in order to ensure the highest quality of service by allowing for ample time and proper preparation for our work together. Any changes to an appointment must be made in advance of 24 hours before your appointment time, after which a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your session will be incurred. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 3 hours prior to their start time or no-shows are charged at 100%. Thank you for your consideration.
