Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to someone else in need of care. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

General Health Policy

We request that any clients who are experiencing symptoms of a contagious ailment, such as: fever, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, rashes or skin lesions, bed bug bites or active infestation, pink eye, etc., please reschedule their session (or switch to virtual if applicable) as soon as possible. While we try to be understanding of missed appointments due to illness or other contagious elements, our cancellation policy may still apply when this happens with less than 24 hours of an appointment. We appreciate your assistance in protecting our staff and other clients and their families.
