Patricia Wilcox, LMT

Patricia Wilcox is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over two decades of experience, graduating from the Swedish Institute in 2003. Additionally, she is a CranioSacral Therapist with training from the Upledger Institute. Her focus in bodywork is to assist clients in bringing balance physically, mentally and emotionally to enhance overall well being and reduce stress hormones.

Patricia also specializes in prenatal and geriatric massage, reflexology and energy work. She is excited to join the Haven community of specialized care and looks forward to expanding her practice here.

What to expect in a session:
Patricia is a giving and straightforward practitioner who uses techniques such as acupressure and trigger point release to provide expert care to problem areas. With some Swedish style flow, she helps warm the body before proceeding into areas calling for more specific and detailed work. She takes her time and tunes in with her clients’ systems to listen to their bodies queues and needs. With grounded and warm energy, Patricia provides clients with knowledge about their body and what she is working on along the way to help clients to deepen their own system awareness.

In CranioSacral Therapy sessions, Patricia’s open and generous energy helps to ease stress in the central nervous system. She has advanced CST training and is currently participating in mentorship and supervision at Haven to continue deepening this practice. She finds that when able to combine CST with massage produces incredibly effective results for many concerns.
