What to Expect in a Session:
No matter the modality, Yuliya fosters healing in each session by pairing compassionate care with her dynamic knowledge of the body. Her preferred method of practice is the integration of acupuncture and CranioSacral Therapy, as she considers this the key for your speedy and complete recovery—this can then enhance the effectiveness of other treatments and techniques you might receive.
During acupuncture sessions, Yuliya integrates techniques from traditional Chinese medicine to promote wellness, prevent illness, and treat physical and emotional disharmony. In most sessions, she implements trigger-point style, or dry needling, for acute muscular and fascial system release. This can be an intense but highly impactful way to release holding patterns while supporting the entire system through meridian points and/or CST for overall balancing.
In CranioSacral & SomatoEmotional Release sessions, Yuliya listens to your story and inner wisdom, trusting that your body knows how to heal itself as she guides you through the process. This may include incorporating complementary techniques from her studies of physical therapy, Zero Balancing, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as needed. You’ll leave your session with personalized lifestyle and nutritional recommendations to help you achieve and maintain greater balance throughout your system.
