What to Expect in a Session:

During acupuncture sessions, Yuliya practices techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote wellness, treat physical and emotional disharmony and prevent illness, as well as trigger-point (dry needling) style for acute muscular release when appropriate. In CranioSacral & SER sessions, she listens to the inner wisdom of her clients and their individual stories, trusting that their bodies know how to heal themselves as she guides them through the process. She also incorporates complementary techniques from her studies of Physical Therapy, Zero Balancing and EFT (emotional freedom technique) as needed. Yuliya also may offer lifestyle and nutritional recommendations to assist clients in achieving more balance throughout their system.  Her preferred method of practice is the integration of acupuncture and craniosacral therapy, as she sees this as the key for her patients’ speedy and complete recovery, while making other treatments and techniques they might receive more effective.
