What to expect in a session:
Jessie approaches each client with the intention of creating a safe, supportive space for emotional and energetic release through the breath. During breathwork sessions, she begins by inviting presence and grounding, then guides clients through a dynamic three-part pranayama breathing sequence set to music. Her sessions are designed to quiet the mind and open the heart, allowing the body’s natural wisdom to take the lead in releasing stuck emotions, stress, and tension. Jessie’s intuitive guidance and warm energy help clients connect more deeply to themselves and access clarity and transformation.
In each Breathwork session, Jessie holds space for emotions to surface and move through the body, honoring the pace and experience of each individual. She offers gentle verbal cues and compassionate support to help clients navigate sensations or memories that arise during the breathwork process. After active breathing, she guides clients into a deep period of rest and integration, ensuring that the nervous system feels grounded and balanced. Jessie may offer insights or grounding practices post-session to help clients continue their healing process beyond the table, empowering them to cultivate greater ease, presence, and alignment in their daily lives.
