Angela has been a licensed massage therapist for over a decade. After graduating from the Pacific College of Oriental medicine she continued to study and educate herself in an array of different modalities to best understand and serve her clients. She is also a reiki master, a certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist, a certified Health Coach and a Tibetan Tunes Sound therapist. She has also recently begun training in CranioSacral Therapy and is being supported in her learning process here at HAVEN by our practice director.

When needed, she also brings in energy healing to get the best therapeutic results for her clients. With Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions, Angela’s therapeutic presence blends with this rhythmic and deeply relaxing treatment approach to not only help the body to physically release stressors and toxins, but mind and spirit as well.
Angela believes in the body’s intuitive wisdom and ability to self-heal. She sees bodywork as a profound way to bring the body and mind into balance. Angela listens to and addresses the needs of her clients while creating an environment for self-healing to take place.
